Robert Lutton runs Sandhill Consultants North America and had been directly responsible for creating an organization that delivers technology, service, products and training in the areas of Enterprise and Data Architecture.
Robert has used his vision to develop, market and deliver innovative solutions of exceptional value in the area of Model Driven Enterprise Architecture, Data Design Management and Data Governance to Sandhill customers. Robert has built a highly skilled organization, known in data community for its expertise and responsiveness to its customers’ needs.
Sandhill Consultants is recognized as a growing, innovative organization and Robert has been instrumental in this growth. With over 20 years of broad business and technical experience, Robert has enabled Sandhill Consultants to expand to address all of its current business and operations aspects including, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Sales, Customer Service, and Consulting.
Robert continues to guide Sandhill Consultants growth and will continue to lead the organization to expand its reach in every aspect of the business.
Before Sandhill, Jeffrey Giles worked for Sybase Inc and SAP. He has over 15 years experience in Information Technology and is recognized as Certified PowerDesigner Professional. Jeffrey has been a guest lecturer on Enterprise Architecture at the Boston University School of Management. Information management experience includes customizing Enterprise Architecture frameworks, creating model driven solution architecture for business intelligence projects. Modeling experience includes modeling and analysis of business process workflow, modeling data at the conceptual, logical, and physical levels, and UML application modeling. Possesses knowledge of both transactional and data warehousing systems. Understands the alignment of business, data, applications and technology. Has been involved in designing data governance standards, data glossaries and taxonomies.
Kevin Weissenberger provides pre-sales and educational support for Erwin;s data modeling products including Erwin Data Modeler, Model Manager (Now called ERwin Workgroup), Eewin Web Portal, Erwin Data Catalog and Erwin ERP options for SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, Seibel and JD Edwards.
Kevin has spent the past 18 years working with Erwin to supporting the North American market by providing technical advice and gudiance to clients in North America.
Kevin has worked on a number of projects involving the implementation of the Eewin product line and to client’s who are upgrading from previous versions of the tool, requiring preparation of the new environment, planning, design and installation of all 2 and 3 tier-architecture for Eewin tools and other supporting tools.
Simon Carter is the president and chief executive officer of Sandhill UK and Sandhill Consultants North America. A founder of Sandhill, Simon managed and guided the company for the past 25 years to become the leading international supplier of enterprise modeling and data management solutions and services.
Simon has been involved in data processing, data modeling, and data management for more than two decades. Graduating with a degree in Combined Sciences, Simon pursued a ten-year career as an IT consultant, working with some of Europe’s largest clients. Today, Simon’s leadership has helped Sandhill garner international acclaim and success, including recognition as the exclusive data modeling partner for one of the world’s largest banks.
As the UK’s top ERwin partner, Simon remains up-to-date with the latest industry trends and enterprise modeling techniques. Recognized as the UK’s representative the International ERwin User Group, Simon actively helps users provide feedback and direction erwin Inc, the erwin User Group Executive Team, and the worldwide ERwin user community.
Ed Bantegui provides pre-sales and educational support for CA’s ERwin data modeling suite which includes ERwin Data Modeler, Model Manager (Now called ERwin Workgroup), ERwin Web Portal and ERwin ERP options for SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, Seibel and JD Edwards.
Ed has spent the past 11 years work with ERwin to develop the North American market by providing technical advice to clients, training, services and, presentations to World Conferences (CA world), Industry type conferences (TDWI) and EDW and User Group presentation for North America.
Ed has been working with CA’s ERwin Modeling solution since 2000. He has worked as a Technical Resource, Pre-sales, Business Development Owner and a member of the CA’s CATS team. (CA Technology and Services), and for the past 6 years has been a member of the Sandhill Consultants team. During this time Ed has specialised in the ERwin Modeling Suite and has delivered numerous training courses as well as providing consultancy and mentoring support to many organisations in Canada, USA, including pass training to Transport Canada.
Mr Bantegui has worked on a number of projects involving the implementation of the ERwin modeling suite to client’s who are upgrading from previous versions of the tool, requiring preparation of the new environment, planning, design and installation of all 2 and 3 tier-architecture for ERwin tools and other supporting tools.
Ed has provided mentorship to all level of ERwin modellers for best practices in using ERwin from small to large enterprise clientele. He has regularly presented to the ERwin User community as well as DBMS specific events held by it user community. He is considered one of the best resources for ERwin best practices as he writes and contributes to ERwin / Sandhill Newsletter.
Ed has been known to be supportive of all ERwin users in the community and writes and address questions posted in Linked-in ERwin user community forums.
He is acknowledged as an expert with-in the Worldwide ERwin community and is in constant demand to speak on several topics at ERwin User Groups & Conferences throughout the Americas
Emarie Pope brings extensive management, data management, and project management experience in a variety of industries including financial services and consulting. Her focus has been the development of standards and operational excellence, combined with a passion for customer advocacy. She is known for enabling successful IT implementations by managing productive relationships between the technology and business communities.
Emarie has implemented a Project Management Organization (PMO) and served as project manager for a multi-national post-merger integration.
A longtime passion, Emarie has recently had the pleasure of moving into Data Governance, in product development for a consultancy and DG management for a large healthcare organization.
She holds an MBA degree from Simmons University, Boston, MA, and has completed graduate study in philosophy at the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, USA. She has won numerous professional awards from the organizations for which she has worked.
Joe is a skilled architect for covering any area of Data Managment (Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Modeling). Joe consultants on Data Governance Projects as well as provides his expertize around Data Warehouse/Executive Information and traditional OLTP Systems. Joe has over 30 years of IT experience in banking, insurance, and telecommunications industries.
