Executive Data Management Seminar

A customized, intensive three-hour seminar for 5–12 attendees, conducted in a workshop format, the seminar is designed for executives and senior management who need to understand the key concepts of effectively managing data assets, fostering active participation across the organization, and chart a path to optimize data usage for business decisions and analytics.

Prior to the seminar, attendees will be asked to complete a brief survey, aimed at describing upcoming major data-related initiatives, surfacing strategic goals, priorities, and issues, and evaluating the current state of data governance in your organization.

We will engage in discussions that facilitate consensus and allow you to compare and score your current capabilities against the Enterprise Data Management Council’s Global Data Management Benchmark. In addition, we will conduct a planning exercise targeting a high-level action plan to build data management capabilities. Post-seminar, you will receive a summary report that highlights areas for improvement and provides recommendations for capability development.
